There are two places where you will be able to print tickets:
1. Thank you page
If you allow print for customer, it will show Print option on thank you page after ticket created.
2. Individual Ticket
Print button available on individual ticket for agents and customers(if enabled).
You can customize header, footer and page body as per your need.
