Acceptance of Terms
GPLDesigner (“Provider”) provides softwares and website services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you don’t agree this Terms of Service, you should not use gpldesigner.com website.
Product License
The products provided on gpldesigner.com are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). All items in the GPLDESIGNER directory are developed by third-party developers and redistributed by GPLDESIGNER. GPLDESIGNER is not associated with or the developers of any items featured on this site and don’t offer any additional author services like author’s support and license keys.
Product Support
We provide support for any inconvenience related to the direct experience with us (problem with the download, navigation or any problem associated with our site or work). You can contact us through the contact form or by writing to [email protected].
We do not provide support on issues related to the author of the product, such as customizations or issues of the author, such as version failures, among other issues directly related to the developer.
Third-party products provided are supported by their authors and not by GPLDESIGNER. Please review the support terms provided by the author of a product before purchasing it.
Product Updates
As soon as we are notified about a product update (user or author email), we download the product, check if there are any problems or if it requires pre-activation. Then, we pre-activate it and publish it on our site.
Depending on each case, the publication date of each product may vary depending on the author, contract, need for pre-activation, etc.
All individual purchases have lifetime updates. If you purchase a membership, you will have updates and access for as long as the membership is in effect.
The lifetime update service will only be valid as long as there is a valid contract or membership with the product developer / reseller. In most cases the contracts are renewed and are generally not affected, but in the event that the supplier / promoter unilaterally waives the contract renewal, or if we have any problem with the promoter, this contract or any problem that arise. from our hands, we will not be obliged to continue having the latest version of the products.
Products Prices
We don’t promise that any particular item will be available on our website. We reserve the right at any time to modify or suspend all or part of the downloads with or without prior notice. In addition, we can add new downloads with or without notice. The prices of any product are subject to change at any time by posting the changes on our website. However, prices from April 26, 2021 for all individual purchases have been stipulated and set at $ 2.99.

Customer accounts
Customers must create an account when buying any product. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are not allowed to share and / or distribute the login details of their account. Customers are fully responsible for all activities that occur in their account and agree to immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.
The supplier will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the customer’s breach of these terms. Please note that the Provider requires that all users be over 18 years of age to have a customer account. If you create an account, we assume that you have more than 18 years old.
Account Termination and Suspension
Provider reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice, in its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to customers who have their accounts terminated.
Examples of reasons for termination include:
1) Abusive behavior and / or excessive negativity towards staff.
2) Repeated defamatory, malicious and / or false statements that include slander against the supplier and / or attempts to persuade potential customers not to buy the supplier’s products.
3) Incorrect use of the server services of the site, technical abuse of resources and any type of bad practice that threatens the services and / or equipment of GPLDesigner.
4) The provider reasonably believes that your account has been compromised, shared with others or for other security reasons.
5) Share, transfer or resell the user account. The account are nontransferable.
Product delivery
After the payment from the customer, the login information of the customer’s account will be sent by email to the email address provided during registration. This may take up to 30 minutes after purchase, but usually occurs between 1 and 15 minutes. Normally all access to the download is immediately after payment validation.
Refunds
Given the particularity of the service, we do not provide refund service, except for the following case:
– Problems in the download of a product in a simple purchase (that cannot be solved by our team during the next 24-48 hours after the payment validation or user notification).
We will not refund if the product did not meet your expectations or needs, since it is the responsibility of the customer. To avoid such situations, all products have links to the author’s detail.
Memberships are not entitled to refund service.
Business Use Of Our Goods and Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Provider and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Good or Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
Provider does not provide any warranty
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER PROVIDER NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT ITS GOODS OR SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, PROVIDER DOESN’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE GOODS OR SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTION OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE GOODS AND SERVICES “AS IS”.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
Liability For Our Products And Services
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER, AND PROVIDER’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PROVIDER, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PROVIDER TO USE PROVIDER’S GOODS AND/OR SERVICES.
IN ALL CASES, PROVIDER, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Miscellaneous
Updates To TOS. The TOS may be updated from time to time, but never retroactively. We will post notice of modifications to the TOS on this page, and they will become effective no less than 10 days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functionality, or to address changes in the law, or for other urgent legal reasons may be made effectively immediately.
Other Guidelines Or Terms. If there is a conflict between this TOS and those for a specific Provider service, the terms for the specific service will prevail.
No Third Party Beneficiaries. These terms control the relationship between Provider and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
No Waiver
If you do not comply with these terms, and Provider does not take action right away, this doesn’t mean Provider is giving up or waiving any rights, such as the right to take action in the future.
Severability. If a particular term in the TOS is not legally enforceable, it will not affect the other terms.
