Meta Box Tooltip Extension is an extension for Meta Box plugin, which adds tooltips to your custom fields. When users move the mouse over the icon, it will show custom help information for the field. The tooltip can be added to the field label or input.

Meta Box Tooltip Extension is a quick way to provide help information for elements. And can help users understand and use / interact with elements in the page more efficiently, such as improving the usability of your page.

The Meta Box Tooltip Extension supports all the icons from Dashicons (the default icon font for WordPress admin area). Besides, you can use your own icon by providing a custom URL. You can also set the tooltip position to top, left, right or bottom.

Since version 1.1, you also can add tooltip to field input as well. Previously, you can add the tooltip to only the field label. This feature might make your meta box look better in some situation.
